sci there is something i dont understand about evolution. how did animals or humans developped ears or organs that can sense odor.

does evolution has awareness, how could a body possibly know about soundwaves and developpe organs to percieve these sounds? what the scientific point of view on this?

Does anyone know anything about the major of Mechanical Engineering Technology? From the little that I've been told about it, it mostly deals with the actual production, like the use of CNC machines.
Do people in that field still have the education to design? And are actual Mechanical Engineers as part of their major gain the skills as a machinist?
