/sci/ it is question time

Q1. if you have a closed syringe, in space, that is stopped up, and you try to pull it open what will happen? and if it opens are you stretching space?

Q2.is it possible for an object to have a terminal velocity fast enough to catch on fire like a space ship does on reentry?

Q3. how would a child develop if he was born and lived his life in space(at no gravity)?

Q4. the most likely people to get hit by lighting are those who have been hit before. is that because being hit once decreases your resistance or were these people just born less resistive?

Q5. if you are in space and have a rope tied to a rock can you swing it around your head? what happens as the mass of the rock increases? or the length of the rope increases?

I’ve been thinking

In the beginning of the bible Eve listens to a talking snake which in turn gets them thrown out of the garden. This is a prophecy of what is to come. The talking snake did not exist, and we now know cannot exist. I predict that one day we will have a utopia on earth where everything is automated and there’s no need for humans to work (this is like the Garden of Eden) and the snake represents things that don’t exist, those who listen to the “snake” (ex. Religion and other illogical things) will be cast out of utopia and forced to live in a world where they must work to stay alive.

What do you think?

So is there any scientific proof for fossiles? Because I always thought there was but I was speaking to my Pastor's father the other day and he showed me all these old book which spoke about how every fossile was planted by the jews in the 19th century. Seemed pretty convincing.
