why are you only worried about this when it comes to raw milk? what makes you think a teenager couldn't park a cart full of any other food in room temperature for 3 days? do you buy every food item from a local farm?
have you ever looked into why we started pasteurizing milk in particular?
have you ever considered that you've bought into the fear-mongering from pasteurization lobbies who want longer shelf life for their products in order to maximize their profits?
