The Heat Death of the Universe is coming in a couple trillion billion years or some shit right?

When they calculated that did they account for the fact that as everything decays, doesn't it lose kinetic energy, slow down, and time begins to pass relatively quicker? it may be miniscule but at the scale of predicting the Heat Death it could add up to millions to billions of years, no?
