Yes, MK ULTRA revealed that scientists have no conscience and that all of their stated humanitarian ideals about not experimenting on involuntary human test subjects is just a lie they tell to avoid responsibility for the horrible and often murderous experiments they happily carry out. It also revealed that the scientists have close ties with organized crime and the human trafficking/prostitution industry as well as having strong connections to the homosexual community, which was illegal back in the days when MK ULTRA was carried out.
I large amount of the human test subjects in MK ULTRA were blackmailed into volunteering when they were entrapped in homosexual or prostitution stings and given the choice between participating in MK ULTRA as test subjects or a prison term and subsequently being shunned by society for the rest of their lives.
