using the same volume as basis you could convert the number to m3 using calculation and you could easily compare all pressures.

1 - minimal pressure of the universe
10 - maximal pressure of the universe

so the scale is 1 to 10.

so there is a hypothetical situation in which the maximal pressure would be the whole universe against a single point

the single point has the minimal volume possible of the universe. this number can be reached through calculus since it would be all space converted in mass/energy, reaching its limit and this mass/energy would make pressure on the minimal volume (space) that has left.

the minimal pressure is the pressure of the minimal mass/energy possible on the maximal space possible.

now we have a scale than can have exact and real reference points.

the scale is theorical and you wouldn't even get close to 0 or 1 because things would turn into space (when getting close to 0) and mass (when getting close to 1).

I don't think that is possible to see a pressure of the whole universe except one particle against this particle itself. Things would be turning in energy before it. Just guessing.

You would never reach the limit of the universe because there is minimal pressure there and you would be destroyed.

But the very small things that are there at minimal pressure just turn back insto mass/energy when they were just about to be expanded and totally destroyed. What happens is the space turns into mass/energy.

It's easy to understand that space in tangible and that there is a relation between space and mass/energy thanks to what happens with the expansion of gases and all sorts of mass/energy.

In case you release gas it would fulfill slots in space... but there is a limit which is very physical and tangible... you can't reach 0 pressure, it's impossible.

In case you reach 0,000000... (infinite minimal) pressure what happens is that things wouldn't expand anymore.

The proof is that the universe is not already totally expanded and will never be. There is a limit.
