I have one day to decide on a science fair project. I would really appreciate some good serious project ideas, tips on performing the experiments surrounding the project or projects suggested. I really want to do well and at least make it to regional or state competitions. Thanks in advance, please mostly if not all serious suggestions.
Also if you can name the highschool pictured you get a prize!!

var compare = function (choice1, choice2) {
if (choice1 === choice2) {
return "The result is a tie!";
}
else if(choice1 === "rock") {

I think you've messed up your semicolons OP. Check to make sure you've put them where they're needed, and taken them out where they're not.

I was thinking of Princeton too, they have more undergrads so seem to give them a bit more attention than the bigger schools like MIT or Harvard.

... and their failure to represent good science.

Here we have another view of recent meta-analyses from 2013

http://www.karger.com/Article/FullText/355916

Again this emphasises, but perhaps not with sufficiently great clarity, that the standard analyses - even if they had been properly applied - are inadequate to properly guage the true effectiveness of homeopathy & other holistic individualised therapies.

Forget Ernst.

On good studies, there are some links in this recent article which you may find interesting
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dana-ullman/dysfunction-at-wikipedia-_b_5924226.html

try google scholar
http://scholar.google.co.uk/scholar?q=homeopathy+%22better+than+placebo%22+-%22not+better+than%22&btnG=&hl=en&as_sdt=0%2C5

also the Faculty of Homeopathy
http://www.facultyofhomeopathy.org/research/systematic-reviews-of-rcts-in-homeopathy/

then there is the Homeopathy Research Institute,
where the director has told me that much recent homeopathic research is of 'high quality' and positive
http://www.homeoinst.org/research-projects

http://avilian.co.uk/2008/08/25/scientific-research-and-homeopathy-overview/

http://www.hmc21.org/#/research-links/4541603555

worth a look
http://fighting-for-homeopathy.blogspot.co.uk/2014/08/fighting-for-homeopathy-blog-home-page.html
on the history of epidemics, this presentation PDF
http://www.the-cma.org.uk/cma_images/Jayney%27s%20Presentation.pdf
but it lacks specific references (probably available from the author)

and you would find a lot of things like
http://homeopathyplus.com.au/new-zealand-patients-tell-researchers-that-homeopathy-works/

Lionel Milgrom is also a good read.

Why is it when a glass was overflowing with water (just about to spill, surface tension creates the "dome" of water on the surface), the paperclip always stayed near the side of the glass while the Styrofoam always stayed around the centre. These results were flipped when the glass was filled partway with water.

well how do you feel about cloning brain transfer and brain uploading, do you think it is possible and if so how do you think it should be handled/regulated

On this subject I've been intriged by Bostrom's theory that we're more likely to be in a simulation than not, considering the simple fact that IF such a simulation can built, many would then likely exsist. So then just speaking statsically, its more likely than not that we're in one, as opposed to the "real' world... and Beane's paper on this possibility of proving or disproving the idea may be as close as we come within our lifetimes to a true, red or blue pill moment as a society... http://mobile.nytimes.com/2014/02/16/opinion/sunday/is-the-universe-a-simulation.html?referrer=
