hey /sci/ guys, I've decided to get myself out of physics and into honors physics after the first quarter ends. (high school fag here). The class is too simplistic and I'd rather be talking about the more technical aspects of physics in depth, in the honors course.

Only problem is I need to be in pre-calculus :(, I'm a senior in algebra 2 (don't mock i did terrible in math freshman year). The honors physics teacher told me if i learn some colculus pertaining to his course before the quarter ends, he'd let me in his class. so question is this: How can I teach myself basic calculus in 7 weeks? Like text book or online or what?

hey /sci/ what's up? I have some questions about engineering and schooling.

I've always wanted to do work with robotics and cybernetics (when possible). Stuff like artificial limbs and whole bodies and cool stuff like that. I'll leave it your imagination.

My question is this: with my interests in engineering I planned on getting my B.S. in mechanical engineering and a B.E. in electronic engineering, with these will I be able to do anything robotic related? Some people I've asked said I wanted to do biomechanical engineering but I don't know much about that field. What do?
