Subtraction is addition with a negative number. The two are interchangable. (Commutative principle)

All the time and I've got the best job in my circle of friends.

Tutoring a big group (like just answering questions that come up from time to time) is even better.

Pic UNRELATED? That's a fucking DALI, the best surreal artist to have ever lived, and you call that unrelated. Dali is always related.

Rn = Ro + k * (W-We)
Where:
Rn is the new rating.
Ro is the old rating.
W is the attained result for the player in the game.
We is the most probable result.
k is just a number, which varies with how many games the player has played. In general (FIDE rules):
games<30: k=25
games>30 AND Ro<2400: k=15
games>30 AND Ro>2400: k=10

There are tables for the values of We, based upon difference in rank. If a player has won, it's W=1 for that player, remise means W=0.5 and lose means W=0.

God, I hope you people are trolling.

The 'horse' is a 'knight'.
The 'tower' is a 'rook'
The 'castle' is a name sometimes used for the pawn structure of a player. 'Storming the castle' means to attack the opponents pawn structure.

Practice, practice, practice, practice and then practice, basically.

Go look up "learn lucid dreaming" videos on YouTube. Lots of videos lying around just waiting to teach you everything about dream control while lucid. Then it's all about practice. Start small (telekinesis with small objects) and then build out (move buildings with telekinesis). Try summoning objects, it's really a skill you can use to learn flying and stuff like that.
