.. And A). it's still plausible (even if some are prioritized first, such as the stomach and epidermis). B). Fasting is usually much more habitual than "a day", especially a problem even because "intermittent fasting" is awful too – especially with how rare "full nutrition" is amongst diets (some 1%).
