I'm not quite there in the spirit for this again now, I think it is accurate enough because I don't have any breaking flaws.

oh this is for men, i donno about women....
according to what i read they need 3.5x16oz water a day

I found out men need 6 16 ounce glasses a day of water
hrm... anyways.
I did it by watching my body the whole day, seeing how ti was affected by water. Everytime my body declined "in function", i drank 16 ounces of water
next day, I drank water before any decline... I stopped drinking water and my body declined at the same time
that is why i know we need 8x16oz water a day
practice with motivation!

I would like to know why people rape now in this world because I'll then be able to avoid it.
