How do I end up getting the right mindset for classes? I went into this semester just fine and ready for it like always, but something happened and I just completely fucking spilled all my spaghetti. I don't know what it was (it DEFINITELY wasn't the classwork, if I was fine it would have been a cinch) but it made me just lose all motivation to do anything.
I'm not sure how to properly describe it, one minute I'm doing it no problem, next I just sort of shut down. Any armchair psychologists are free to help out any. Pic very related

So first things first I want to get back at highschool level math. Therefore im doing a online course designed to get ready for university math.
Structure is:
explanation of math concept -> pre calculated example exercise -> training exercise -> test at the end of a chapter for all concepts in the chapter

Is that a solid way? I want to understand the concepts and make them stick long therm, so im looking for study habits and study concepts etc. for math and other MINT degrees.
