Understand what your mind is doing at a given moment, and the architectural underpinnings of your consciousness. Likely never. Rejection will be a constant problem with no foreseeable, viable, solution. There is. Voltage gated calcium channels regulate everything from neurotransmitter release to aspects of gene expression. When you have Ca2+ ions able to enter the cell membrane during its resting state, when they shouldn't be there, it can degrade cellular machinery.
