To specifically study at night and live without much sleep often while still operate at 100% high functioning IQ and EQ you would have needed to do this diet and the Bible science since at least about age 2 or 3 like I did and do your own Research. While a student in elementary school I did original research at an Ivy League university bachelor's and master's degree programs on-line since I had satellite internet at my house. I studied a few literatures and studied Mathematics, and also Fine Art. Think about this part and I think you can figure out the rest with book CBT self-research to at least upgrade your IQ and EQ.
