So could I, lets say have the atoms contained in a glass of wine all turn neutral, but having the wine mixed with water, swap the drink, like the story of jesus turning water into wine etc

I meant as in, lets say the atom is already specialised, can we unspecialize it by turning it neutral but at the same time turn a different set of neutral atoms into specialized ones?

Is it possible to turn an atom neutral, and how would you come by doing so easily i.e using household things like electricity or hot water, and is it possible to reverse this effect?
