I have a way to save the world from CO2. Since the United States of America consumes most resources we should test the IQ of every American and cut off all services and forbid the sale of any good to anyone with an IQ below 120. We get the UN to supply skinhead polaks and juju warriors to provide security for the worth wile human while the wasters replenish the earth with their rotting corpses. Once we fixed the consumption problem in the United States we repeat the procedure in every other country of the world. I believe to be fair and unbiased we should only apply the IQ test in English :D
