ye that's the "biology for retards that can't into biochemistry" version. it's where we start. my microbiology textbook is basically a 1000 page book on the picture you just posted

i think it is 2 dimensional

one side of it is human nature. science is hard, therefor people that can't into science make it into being nerdy or whatever. typical fox and grapes situation

then you have the social side of things. the school system and society are designed that way, so being intelligent isn't what society strives for. that would ruin materialism and inspire critical thinking, and they can't have any of that now can they?

i haven't decided yet to be honest... i know i don't want to do go into zoology or botanics, mainly because of the low pay. after that everything is an option really... i havent really decided on anything yet though. got any advice?

will most likely be my pick. i will def not pick some shitty course like economics or english just to get an easy grade, and im also not very interested in fish. so that leaves me between genetics/env chemistry/reproductive biology. i'll think about it with a clear head after the exams

applied ecology
molecular biology
animal physiology I
advanced immunology

and one more that i'll have to choose between

>debate 101 (dunno wtf that is tbh or what it has to do with biology)
>applied genetics
>ichthyology
>limnology
>economics
>environmental chemistry
>english
>reproductive biology and assisted reproduction
>some shitty teaching course most people will pick for the easy grade

is molecular biology a good path to follow? i am really in a pickle about picking my graduation essay as they call it. i'm basically in a 5 year uni that offers a 300ECTS degree, but i don't really know what branch i should get. does molecular biology pay well?

you're both morons then. but at least you posses the basic logic to say "puddles dissapear overnight=evaporation"

higher ph equals higher ammounts of hydronium cations, so therefor higher ammounts of hydrogen cations. so you can imagine that all your contaminants would be in a basic anion form. other than that i cannot think of anything else a high pH would change (speaking of the water). now the impact on the fauna is a whole other subject
