So uber slowpoke here but it looks like the martian saga is going to be getting film.

How does this make you all feel? I for one am unsure if they can pull it off with a book thats 98 give or take years old.

I marathoned the sequels so it was like reading one book which was a really awesome reinvention then an odd book about autistic chinses girls, and then a book about space magic and fucking.

If I wasn't such a pulp book fan I don't think I could have enjoyed it as much as I did.

But I own over a 100 "The Destroyer" novels so my taste is obvious.

Which ending to great expectations did you like more?

Too those who read the book without knowing it there is a second ending from when it was published as a newspaper serial that you should look up.
