Anything by Federico García Lorca; Poeta en Nueva York is probably the easiest collection to get your hands on.
Edgar Allan Poe has some really good worthwhile poems also.

From Edinburgh... well Leith, but shh, it's still Edinburgh.
Also, I like the Yankee trash because... I just generally like him, maybe because he's a fellow tennis fan.

I read a review on Amazon which a five-star review mentioned it is: "Now very politically incorrect" leads me to believe it's for school kids/daily mail readers who think there is such a thing as political correctness gone mad!!

Seeing as it was written in 1949 I can guess that wasn't the intended audience, but still.

I'm going to finish Murakami's Wind-up Bird Chronicles I never got started reading the third book due to it coming up towards assesments, but I'll be finished those by the winter break. If I have time I'll probably give infinite Jest the read it's been demanding. I tend to get distracted while reading it during the college year.

This happened to me in City Cafe once. I went over and said hello, she said hello back, and that was pretty much it, my friend came in and sat down and she left.

I made an amazon wishlist for my friends to get me something from mainly because we're all sick of buying each other drink.

IT has Naked Lunch, Crying Lot of 49, Finnigans Wake, House of Leaves and Notes From the Underground.
