Basically the plot is kind of like this:
>little girls sell their souls to this weird alien thing in exchange for one wish.
>after selling their souls they have to fight these monsters called "witches" that only they can see.
>killing a witch allows them to refill their "soul gem" with energy
>if they fail to refill their soul gem continuously they turn into "witches" themselves
