Eh, the eclipse of the United States to the BRIC Nations is certainly an interesting event... but I suspect it's going to be a slow process at best in the absense of conflict (And until we have an effective anti-nuke, there is going to be very little serious conflict)

I recall seeing Marine Corps reports on Wikileaks estimating they had ~25 years of millitary superiority before they lost a position of power. So.... Probably ~50 years for a complete transition of power?

Can't forget Peak oil and climate change may begin to factor in by ~50 years as well. It's going to be a very eventful time, at any rate.

However, this is all hypothetical. There may never be an eclipse.
