I think that a deep foray into the study and examinations of aesthetics might either alleviate or increase one's suffering. It depends on the person at hand and the all the contingent factors being exercised on the individual. But that's just what I think, I can't help feeling that this is a very shallow opinion.

Everyone's trolling. Tao Lin is actually insufferably mediocre.

Post-structural nihilist master-race reporting in.

The nihilism follows from the post-structuralism, naturally.

Actually, my own answer is very similar to that one. Meaning depends on everyone's perception of their humanity and the factors that shape said perception. So, uhm, [/Spoiler]no objective meaning[Spoiler/]

I am currently reading the Penguin Classics English translation. Still in the first act, since I've been multi-reading and switching a lot between books. It's nice though.

Pic related.

I listen to my own music. Stuff I created, albeit it not being recorded yet. But it's all there, in my mind. It's always there.

Lamb by Christopher Moore is worth rereading, though. Excellent book.

OP, you read the book cover to cover and you're still desperate for /lit/ to tell you if it's good or not? Take a moment and think for yourself, and try to be sincere to yourself. Evaluate it objectively first, then subjectively. And fuck everyone else.

>who cares? the concept of the ubermensch is retarded anyways

So much this. I find the Ubermesnsch philosophy to be wishful thinking that often requires a certain degree of self-deluding. Not to mention that it is a highly impractical philosophy for the general masses. Not everyone can just transcend himself at will, it's not as simple as that.
I find Nietzsche's work on morals to be more plausible, it's more "logical".

Your problem has no solution. Other solutions that might be suggested will tend to just avoid the problem as opposed to actually dealing with it. There is but one salvation for you; kill yourself. I'm not being mean, just end your life, brother. Contemplate this for a while and if after a while you decide against it, then think to yourself "why don't I want to do it?" whatever reason comes up is now your sole purpose in life. E.g. if it's because you don't want to disappoint your family, then just spend your life pleasing them and ruminating over the sacred loving relationship you have with them, you get my point.
And then again, if there's nothing that appeals to you in this world, then know that there's nothing "wrong" in ending your life.
Either way, I wish you the best, I really do.
