Is to not be a doormat. You alter the conservation from someone saying something interesting, to you and him looking together at the thing. They change their entire disposition at the turn of a hat.

In a group setting the dynamics are obviously entirely different, you have to just find funny stuff to say and ways to direct the conversation. You can be playfully cruel to certain members of the group(normies love cruelty), but you have to keep plausible deniability of it being just a joke. Its honestly easier in a group because you have so many retards to play off each other, just look at what they're doing, find obvious weakness and make joke about it, but friendly. This makes the normie feel like you're above but still being nice which is a sure way to make them like you, they're used to being abused by people they admire, especially if you then rescue them from the joke by praising them in front of the others who were laughing at them.

Idk how much else I can say. Just see why they're retards and then press on those buttons. Everyone has different retard buttons but they're always there. They get extremely uncomfortable and wont notice anything when you do it so you make them nudge in x direction.
