I've been certifiable crazy for a few months. Just been on lithium for a few days. I'm getting better better. Theres something called kindling in terms of bipolar but it's a theory supposedly from epilepsy. It seems to be basically be temporary brain damage of the frontal lobe. We may find that it's responsible for many mood disorders. My mind is still keen regardless of the lithium because i've done nothing but read since starting it. My motor skills have deteriorated a bit though. But i need to slow down to hurry up. All social acceptable recreational drugs seem to be very bad for mood disorders, ie caffeine, alcohol, pot, you name it. Hope you all get better, I love you k.
