I think it's pretty overly simplistic, as well as just outright false. Physical strength is extremely important, but other things easily take precedence.

Thoroughly and thoughtfully? All he did was brag about his (probably fictional) life of being some sort of enlightened life coach who trades dogecoin all day. I didn't feel the need to answer his questions because I was never claiming to uphold western society in the first place; I was critiquing the fact that people like him think that they do so. I'm proud of my personal achievements: people whose lives I've affected, personal goals I've reached, etc. What I'm not proud of are the achievements of some ancient fucks who share nothing but my skin color. Typecast me all you want, I know it makes it easier to feel like you're right. I don't believe at all in collective guilt for the actions of a few. That goes completely against what I'm saying. Individual actions and the direct results of those actions are the only things a person deserves to be truly proud of, and the same goes for guilt. What have you done to uphold western civilization? Have a job? Spend your free time reading, shopping, watching TV? You think people don't do, or at least try to do, the same bullshit in black countries? You're retarded if you think things are really that simple.

What I find hilarious is the number of fat, talentless, unintelligent white people who will sit on their asses and talk about "the achievements of Western Man", achievements which the vast majority of white or western people played no part in achieving, and which the average westerner genuinely has no real appreciation for until it benefits their argument of white supremacy. You know what reigns supreme in this world? Individual intelligence.

13) I'm a fucking idiot and said Ishmael when I really meant Ahab. At least I got Stubb right though.
100) *Kafka by the Shore and yes, I believe so. He's always talking about beer and music

How could you get filtered by this book? I would genuinely like to know; I found it to be extremely readable and entertaining. Is it just the Russian names?

>> No.19908653 [View]

2) reads like McCarthy
13) Moby-Dick, I think Ishmael but it could also be Stubb
18) Dune
21) Gravity's Rainbow
32) The Great Gatsby
89) Animal Farm
90) A Moveable Feast
93) Confederacy of Dunces
100) sounds a lot like Murakami but I have no idea

I love these threads anon, keep it up!

What I mean is that both Murakami and Anderson are well known and popular, and also often in the collections of people who enjoy high-quality lit/film, but neither of them have a great deal of importance when compared to truly great authors/filmmakers. Basically, they can be fun to consume and are of higher quality than the majority, but I wouldn't say they warrant any serious study

The fact that you feel the need to ask says more about your intelligence than what types of books you read
