If Spengler is right about the conclusion of Western though, then where can philosophy even go from here? Will it just be reduced to stagnancy?

The East is also dying. The greatest tragedy of the West's downfall is that it consumed all, and we are now all living in the west.

Im not really into Spengler, but the concept of the second religiosity really intrigues me, because i can see it coming to be all around me as people start to waste their time with astrology, mindfullness, "spirituality" and even witchcraft amongst the woke crowd. Have there been thinkers who further expanded on a return of a degenerate form of religion as society decays?

Well that was depressing. What the fuck can we even do then? Is the decline of everything inevitable?

Was he right or not? If his pessimistic outlook is truly correct, then there really isnt much that we can do, is there?
Also why was Spengler really hot in the 1920's, and then suddenly forgotten afterwards?
