I needed to go to the bathroom once so I ran into a restaurant, and the men's bathroom was occupied. I used the women's instead, and someone knocked on the door just before I finished. I said "just a 'sec," finished, then flushed and washed my hands. I came out and smiled at the girl and she smiled at me, and then I left.

Girls poop too friend, it's no big deal. The only reasons bathrooms are separated are prudity and ostensibly rape. Get over it, this incident ain't why you'll never have a girlfriend.
