Guenon is not a traditionalist, but a modernist attempting to syncretise disparate ritualistic traditions in an attempt to reground mankind in an increasingly volatile environment. He is closer to Ezra Pound than to any authentic religious teacher.

i think he makes it pretty clear that the whole treatment he gives on mathematics in the book is in the same sense of the pythagorean sacred mathematics. reading all of what he says about numbers in a purely quantitative lens is doomed to misunderstand anything he says

I think Perennialism / Traditionalism is not the same as Universalism. I’ve only read a bit of Guenon and Evola but they both make it clear that not all religions are valid and it’s not about pick and choose moral relativism. Only genuine Tradition is valid.

How it’s decided what is Tradition is a harder question, and I’m not exactly sure how they solve it (maybe I just haven’t gotten there yet) but the relative and universalist critique is not in my opinion a valid one

The Guenon chart is a good guide; you could also consider just reading in order of writing if you don’t mind reading some non essentials like his refutation of Theosophy.

Either way, read Introduction to the Study of the Hindu Doctrines and decide if you like his views or style

The ones you cited are excellent but I like this little gem called the Great Triad.

Also Symbolism of the Cross, Esotercism of Dante and Symbols of Sacred Science for the sweet symbolism, but they should be read together, so it makes for a long read.
