No what happened is that I realized I wasn't thinking about these questions honestly but was coming from a socially informed point of view where certain perspectives simply HAD to be true, and all I actually did was present post hoc rationalizations for them. After I realized this I tried to look at the evidence for and against, and while it's debatable what exactly Jews have done, it is not debatable that they have had immense influence in the past 1000 years in Europe and the European diaspora, and not all of that has been positive.

Why are Jews more tribal? We don't know, it could be purely cultural, there could be a genetic factor, after all, we are all tribal, all humans, it's a trait we all share, so it stands to reason it's a trait that varies person to person, and could vary on average by group. That they are more tribal seems hardly deniable to me, they existed for 2500+ years in other peoples countries without ever fully assimilating, their entire religion is based on their being chosen by God and superior to all other peoples.

This is all basic and obvious information if you are being at all honest with yourself.
