Zizek is right about Hegel: the originary lack just is being's self-enclosure. Boredom, staring into space for hours, solitary confinement, these things are intolerable, because the ground-state of consciousness is intolerable. Culture is the recoil from nothingness. Angels are an efficiency of consumption, God is a stomach. The universe exists to transform flesh to love, as Nietzsche turned fruit into fire. Capitalism parasitizes the corkscrewing of thought when abundance deprives it of the urgency of goal-oriented struggle. Everything but negation is debasing. Maybe if you cleaned up the language you write and think with, you wouldn't confuse yourself into having existential dread. You assumed the first substantial term in your argument, "the ground-state of consciousness", was a state of consciousness without thought or stimulation--a state I could never imagine coming about a healthy human being. There's nothing existentially fundamental about "blank" consciousness; it's rather a sign of something going wrong in the person's environment. Why would someone need to cut off their thoughts and stimulation? What does this withdrawal mean, which we would certainly never see in a society that healthily engages its people? That state of consciousness you assumed to be "originary", or fundamental, or "ground-state", somehow the basic or natural or automatic state of human consciousness, is probably a symptom of dysfunction, or a kind of panic-state, compared to the usual kinds of states of consciousness most people have.
