I get my best ideas when I'm not consciously trying to think of ideas. I try to keep my mind as blank as possible, and sooner or later when a vivid image word or thought pops in I try to follow a chain of association and see where it takes me.

Check the local newspapers, they are often full of amusing/tragic/interesting stories that may serve as inspiration

try to write a descriptive paragraph on the most mundane thing you can find . Try to make it a couple of pages long.

have a section on improving your use of various curse words, curses, and epithets.

make sure that you can read your own writing.

-stream of consciousness
-historical anecdote
-argumentative essays.

You're right, my bad.

A notebook is easy to carry around, you could try writing outside, find a calm place or somewhere with nice view. When I did some sketches years ago, I used to go to an open theatre on top of a hill in my town, from where I had view of the whole city; I also did that twice from atop a castle wall (I was visiting Edinburgh) and another time I wrote something. Idk if you can get any ideas on what to write, but it can be inspiring to relax at a calm place with a nice view. Have fun
