I have, a couple of times. Not an avid reader of poetry but I've found it extremely articulate and existential; also, its treatment of "outsidereness" is one of the most touching and poetically rendtions of the theme I've ever read, along with Project X

I love Autobiography of Red, definitely give it a go. It is very touching, as that other anon said. It's weird, but it's good weird.

I haven't revisited it since I read it a couple of years back, but it affected me deeply.

I think Carson gets short shrift, though I was assigned to read The Beauty of the Husband in a contemporary lit class. Her most recent stuff has been kind of boring, however.
