can someone remind me where in Genealogy of Morals Nietzsche posits that it's not evil/wrong to kill for money, as it is an expression of will, but it is a sign of a 'low' man, because he is so cheap that he can be 'bought'?

I can't find it. It might be in one of his other works, but I know it exists. Thanks.
