Just relax, you need time to figure stuff like this out. Go camping/hiking more, meditate more, read and write--try to clear your head and find some peace. Next, go to psychiatrist and get some xanax or some Adderall, whichever one you think will help you. Also, consider using lsd or mdma therapeutically; empathogen/entactogen drugs did wonders for helping me deal with these feelings

No sentence could say better how I feel. As a kid, I watched the other boys play football, or whatever, chatting, doing all those stupid things I didn't understand and made me believe I was autistic even though I'm not. I hope we'll all get better, some day. May God bless you.
