Why doesn't /lit/ treat right wing literature with respect? Is it the result of a monkey-see monkey-do relationship with their literature professors?

>> No.9286560

Why does /lit/ post the same threads over and over again? Is it the result of an unhealthy obsession with memes?

Listen kid, /lit/ is not a left wing hugbox. When I started a right wing lit thread, it got saged and attracted shitposting. Your left wing lit thread in the catalog is left undisturbed. If left wing literature is so superior and your ideology (or lack thereof) is better than that of right-wingers, why do you feel the need to shit up our threads?
>>9286574
I don't see right wingers come your left wing lit threads and tell you to go. The double standard is embarrassing.

>> No.9286607

this is one of the very few boards about literature (that doesn't have a clear orientation, obviously, like downright fascist ones) in which threads about "right wing" literature emerge regularly and they're actually taken very seriously by some individuals, and not censored in any way

And you're complaining?

You should be glad you have at least some space here. Because like you said, in the academy they're most commonly looked down upon

I wonder why...

I don't have any left-wing threads, you semi-literate cuck.

describing yourself as right wing or left wing is the most faggot shit you can do this side of getting black'd.

Sure you do. >>9284430

Now, why exactly don't you respect right wing literature? There are tens of thousands of books that approach different problems from different perspectives while inferior left-wing literature is essentially crystallized in 2 dozen mediocre essays.

It's not my thread, Vlad.

Is this thread your way of victimizing yourself to get revved up for a long weekend of shitposting epic "women and nonwhites" one-liners in all threads on /lit/? I am beginning to suspect it is. Cuck.

Are you seriously making an argument about tolerance of- and creating safe spaces for right-wing literature?

The irony is pretty intense.

I mean, isn't the proper way of addressing your problem either some authoritarian solution (genocide, containment camps) or a legislative one (making left-wing propaganda a crime) or an isolationist/sepratist/"going your own way" type strategy (such as /pol/ or Stormfront)?

Wow, what a child. Maybe if you didn't sage and shitpost the right wing lit threads to death like you are doing now you might learn something.

I am talking about literature. Can you read? Can you read this?

>I am talking about literature
are you? because I haven't seen a single book mentioned in this thread.

It seems to me that you're butthurt about how the left doesn't respect right wing lit. Which just seems silly to me.

I can understand why leftists are so insist about demanding respect from the right. The leftist ideology is one of universal multicultural integration. It can't afford to ignore the right, it needs respect and integration.

But what does the right have to gain if the left were to respect it? It seems to me the non-univeral and separatist notions, whether they are nationalist, ethno-supremacist, economic class division, or some theological tradition.

Like, why do you need leftists to respect right wing literature? Respect and tolerance are pretty irrelevant to most right wing ideologies, at least as I understand them.

I think a lot of it has to do with the fact that most people (seemingly including you) think "Classical Liberal" = "Right Wing".
It doesn't.
I don't care what sub-literate talking heads from Burgerland say.
If you want some actual right wing stuff, read the Servile State by Belloc to start.

Richard Spencer is an embarrassment even to the likes of Evola and fascist writers

Right Wing is at least 95% really only conservatism, so it doesn't have explore any new ideas and therefore doesn't achieve anything artistically, unless you're rich, then you're Right Wing because it's good for business.

This is crazy. Spengler, Evola, and Pound are held in high regard here (or their ideas are at least treated seriously).

Check the archives and warosu. There's been many, many threads about so-called right wing literature.

I like that quote.

But will American Christians ever do this?
