No joke, being a sincere Christian is a powerful protection against any other ideology. I've found that it's helped me to look dispassionately at all other ideologies and idea cults.

Or, maybe not a Christian, but I feel like you need to wholly buy in to one particular ideology, and then you'll be immune to the rest. Just pick your ideology carefully.

I know "believing in yourself" is a meme, but it's really the only way to solve the problem of meaninglessness aside from philosophical suicide (the Kierkegaardian leap of faith that you're advocating) or actual suicide. It has the added benefit of allowing you to see through all ideology
