The Beasts arc of Blade of the Immortal and the short series Bradherly's Coach by Hiroaki Samura both had a pretty strong effect of disgust on me. I had to take a few breaks while reading them. But then again, they're funnybooks.

Some of the librarian sex in Kafka on the Shore was a little off-putting, but I don't think I ever had to put it down.
