What is the recurring life philosophy that will always let me know what to do without feeling guilty and will lead me to happiness and success?

I just feel guilty non stop that I could be doing something better with my time.

Guilt is not a productive emotion. Forgive yourself or suppress it, otherwise there's no hope.

Antifragility. Read Taleb.

Remember also that his favorite philosopher is Seneca. Start there.

Taleb is interesting af, I'd be milking that too.

I don't know about his math because I'm a retard but his philosophy kicks ass.

You don't want happiness, believe me.
