If these apply to you, get out.

>I have enough self confidence to drive
When driving began to give me panic attacks I finally began to seek help. I encourage you to do so as well, OP, on the off chance that you're not trolling and these things you've listed do apply to you.

It's good that you have confidence. Don't let bad people take it away from you.

Went to a doctor, tried medications until I found one that worked. I know antidepressants are demonized constantly and essentially considered placebos, but finding one that worked for me literally saved my life.
Everything in the OP would have applied to me five years ago, and now none do.
Also managed to lose over 150 pounds.
I still have ways to go before I consider myself Healthy, or normal, or whatever descriptor you'd apply, but at least it now seems achievable.

Trintellix (originally Brintellix)
When I was younger I'd tried many medications without finding one that seemed anything other than a placebo. For years I took nothing and deteriorated, I only sought out something new when there were no other options left. At the time, this drug was brand new.
Not all psychiatric medications work the same for everyone, obviously. But this particular one worked for me. It's possible that something will work for you. Or even that something yet to be developed will.
