I'm not the guy you replied to but I largely agree. The book had some fun passages and the "all true except Simonini" angle was pretty impressive. However, the plot didn't have much driving force and when I got to the end it just kind of tapered off. There really wasn't a whole lot done with the "multiple personalities" plot either.

Maybe I'm just spoiled by Eco's other works and was expecting something different. "The Name of the Rose" and "Foucault's Pendulum" both have amazing endings that (in addition to being thrilling) tie the whole narratives together and solidify the themes. In "The Prague Cemetery" it just kind of...stops.

OP's image is also very accurate to my experience.
