What about Allan Bloom? Found this question asked on another website and they recommended his translation along with John M Cooper's translation.

Bloom is one of the best out there. He's literal where it counts (preserving important recurring terms for your own study), without being unreadable. His endnotes are very helpful for picking up on historical and philological information that'd otherwise go missed, and his essay/interpretation, while certainly not in any way definitive, is engaging, largely penetrating, and provocative.

Joe Sach's translation is also very good. Literal almost only with respect to preserving key terms, and otherwise is more conventional without reducing terms and idioms only into modern uses.

In my opinion the James Bradowski translation is superior even to the Bloom translation.
