I like books like The Power of Habit.
The truth is there's a million books about self help there's books about organization books about Fitness books about budgeting but really you don't need to read all of them to know what is really required of you to have a healthy lifestyle. The truly enlightening books about work ethic are typically autobiographical or biographical works of nonfiction that's are about innovators.

this will teach you to stop being a 'nu-male' (I know it's a "buzzword" but a lot of western guys are total pussies nowadays), and help you be a better man. It'll probably also give you the right mindset for highly competitive careers.

Here's a good video summary of the book that gives you a general synopsis:

I'll just list the good ones I've read
Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill
How to Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie
The Power of Self-Confidence by Brian Tracy
No Excuses by Brian Tracy
Eat that Frog by Brian Tracy
Art of War by Sun Tzu

That will give you a good start op

Think and Grow Rich is definitely leagues above any self improvement book I have read. A MUST read in my opinion.
