As far as I know it's appreciated, I know I like it (but I find Heidegger's writings really good in general). It's critiqued like any other "Continental" philosophy book for its length and verbosity, in a common variant of the "mega biblion, mega kakon" adage. It's decent, great even, and if you follow Heidegger's logic it's almost preternaturally clear and comprehensible.
