the lantern in georgetown is a great used bookstore - best in dc tbqh. kramers is the famous meme bookstore, just north of dupont circle - pretty good if you want a shit selection and for lots of people to see you browsing and buying the book. i had some professors who for whatever reason hated the georgetown bookstore and would have us use this local one next to the four seasons on m street - if i didnt just use amazon id probably go there. actually, now that i think about it - there's a nice looking one near where i live on 18th st in adams morgan that might be prime.
