I haven't seen any real picture of the vintage one and I have to decide. Can anyone here post some images or at least tell me how they compare, both content and physical quality of course.

The penguin one will fall apart on you. Mine has been read twice, with some parts having been read multiple times. It is probably about 10 years old or so. It's heavily worn for the relatively small amount of use it has received. Pages are coming unstuck from the binding and the spine is flaying as well as the cover.

It's a beautiful edition coverwise, and the teal spine looks nice peeping through among all the black and beige on my shelf. I'll probably have to get a new copy if I ever want to read it again though.

That's the one with the black and white meme cover and deckled edges. The one OP posted is fine in terms of that. Though it is somewhat true that penguins tend not to hold up well to multiple readings.

Vintage seems pretty sturdy, mine came today, design is attractive, text readable. Only problem - it came slightly damaged; few pages torn or wrinkled, but still acceptable.
