Is there a genre where the author makes ironic commentary about the fact that others commonly make ironic comments about certain topics, phrases, themes (love, depression, existentialism, babby's first existential crisis etc etc) or popular quotes? Kind of like two-layers of irony.

Also, why hasn't anyone done this?
