A Maze of Death's pretty good. Also Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep goes much deeper than Blade Runner. Most adaptations go light on the whole Gnostic Simulacra mind trip/absurdist black comedy side of things that's where PKD really shines.

VALIS is incredible for those with ears to hear. If you have an interest in theology, the occult, psychedelics, and general mindfucks it will be among the best things you ever read in terms of fiction. Also recommend Masks Of The Illuminati by Robert Anton Wilson.
