I became an avid shitposter like three months ago and I can't stop. I stopped watching tv and I don't spend much time on reddit anymore.

Here's how I did it.

-Remember the average normie shitposts less than 10 times a week. If you shit post once a day, you are still doing better than the average person

-Don't force yourself to shitpost. Commit to one a day. I swear after three days you'll feel like shitposting more and after a month or so you should be shitposting 3 times a day for pleasure

-Shitpost about different topics at the same time. When I find a new or challenging topic or one that makes me sleepy I find another and switch. This should refresh your head. Keep the boards thematically different. I post on /biz/ and /lit/

-It isn't a race. Typing slowly won't make you sleepy that fast. Try to acknowledge what topics are for you and which aren't.

-Screencap your posts. When you see your (you)'s you feel like you are motivated to continue posting what you posted to get more (you)'s.

-Start with topics highly discussed here so you get more replies on average.
