There's a few, two of which are Gustave Flaubert and James "Shit on my face" Joyce

Stephen King.

They're both massive vaginas who shit out companies/books like they've got a chronic case of dysentery.

agreed. but not really his fault.

desu he did make (and is making) some pretty significant contributions to his field. automobiles have fucked over the ecosystem and he's sort of among the frontrunners to fix that. also, his spacex program is pretty important. all in all, his contributions are quite valuable. more than what you can say for green. I don't worship him like many people do however.

His own role in terms of said contributions is overstated. Those are things anyone could've pushed for with enough capital and a competent enough team. By all accounts his attempts at a space program are constantly falling flat so it's more of a trial and error process than anything.

Like the above anon said, he mostly lucked into his success. And Ayn Rand humping faggots like you started jerking off to him as le captain of industry of the future.

top kek. i'll admit i laughed. but i explicitly stated that i don't worship or jerk off to him. i just think his contribution was significant despite being overstated.

>Those are things anyone could've pushed for with enough capital and a competent enough team
but he did.

>By all accounts his attempts at a space program are constantly falling flat so it's more of a trial and error process than anything.
there's progress. a lot of science is trial and error familia.

lol no
The rich people are gonna go to space, while the rest of us stay down here and work for them. Tesla's a company, they're not just gonna hand out trips to Mars for everybody.

He's famous in his field without selling enough products to profit.

Propped up by government backers.

Developed a following on the internet for being a meme-man.

It's got to be DFW

Never very popular.

Propped up by academia.

Following on web as a meme-man.

Sounds about right.

DFW was extremely popular for an author of the sorts of things he wrote, actually. You have no idea what you're on about.

But Tesla just made 325 million off of PREORDERS for the model 3, corresponding to 14 billion in future sales. Even though those preorders are refundable if people change their minds, I don't think Many will actually do it just because the pre-order count is increasing, and people won't want to lose their space in line

he's in the con, flush with gvmt. contracts and money. 'outer space' is a hoax. these people have a vested interest in keeping the truth hidden. go high enough and you'll collide with the celestial vault [Genesis 1:6-8]
