What did Lenin contribute to Marxist theory?

>> No.7459080

"Imperialism, the Highest Stage of Capitalism"

Non-Marxist non-urban non-industrial proletariat (third world, Russia)

Groundwork for nationalisation of proletarian revolution

>> No.7459096

Wasn't Lenin opposed to nationalism? If so then why did he write a book advocating nationalism for "oppressed" people?

>> No.7459103

What is about "/lit/ is for the discussion of literature. If you want to talk about politics, go to /pol/" that you don't understand, OP?

Keep this off-topic garbage off my board.

Classic Lenin hater: doesn't want to see a mention of the man to go unchallenged, but also doesn't want to join the debate because he knows he'd be out of his league, so these History Channel-tier remarks are the best they have to offer.

>Not too sure, I just recall reading something like that.

I was actually curious and not asking rhetorically because I've never seen anyone reading Nationalism into Lenin.

Either way, it's important to remind ourselves here that he wasn't a self-isolationist like Stalin or a le Third Worldist like Mao and Fidel, he genuinely expected a succesful revolution in Germany as a condition for the creation of Socialism in Russia, to the point where some contemporary admirers from other countries even speculated that he was soon about to take Western Europe by force.

"His" theory of imperialism which he just ripped from the liberal John A. Hobson and dressed up with Marxist terminology

>> No.7459164

Though if it was on the history channel, they'd have to somehow connect it to Nazis
>meaning they'd have to mention it was Stalin that defeated Hitler.
